Shirleyann has worked in the corporate world for 25 years in numerous sales, marketing, area management, training and coaching roles. She simultaneously set up and ran a thriving property investment company building a large portfolio for herself and sourcing for friends and business colleagues. In 2021 after facing redundancy during the Covid pandemic, Shirleyann set up a new business called Home Property Solutions Ltd where she helps investors from all over the world invest in buy to let properties in the Liverpool City Region. She is the founder and organiser of Inspiring Women Wirral and surrounds herself daily with like-minded entrepreneurs. In 2024 Shirleyann set up Inspiring Minds Group CIC where she has developed the Financial Prosperity Project, teaching college students about financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Shirleyann also hosts regular Property Investment training and workshops helping investors learn how to create multiple streams of income from property.
