Shirleyann Haig is HPS’s allocated MLRO, Annual training is carried out and we have strict anti-money laundering policies in place and collect ID and carry out due diligence on all our Investors, landlords and tenants. Home Property Solutions is registered with HMRC for anti-Money laundering.
The estate agents and conveyancers carry out full money laundering checks on our buyers and sellers when we source properties, this is because HMRC wants a triple to check to avoid Money Laundering.
