The team at Home Property Solutions Ltd are extremely experienced in sourcing buy to let and investment properties. We know the opportunities and understand the pitfalls investors need to avoid. As a member of the PRS and NAPSA, you can be confident that we will act ethically, diligently and with integrity. We source a wide range of investment properties that include single family let properties and multi-let units, HMO (Housing of Multiple Occupancy).
We manage all aspects of the purchase process (except giving financial and legal advice) and keep our clients fully up to date with the process. We will then manage any repairs and improvements and ensure that the properties are let and fully managed. Whether you’re a first-time property investor, or an experienced landlord, we will help you build your buy to let portfolio. When we have found a property, negotiated a price, and agreed and believe is the right opportunity for our clients, we will send a detailed property report. This contains the opportunity, showing a cost breakdown including a schedule of works if any repairs are required, market comparables, and photographs.
We will negotiate the purchase price ensuring we get the best deal for our clients. We will then manage the whole process, liaising with agents or vendors and put our clients in touch with very efficient and reliable solicitors and brokers if needed, to make sure the smooth running of the purchase. We do recommend investors carry out full surveys, roof surveys (drone), asbestos and damp reports on all property investments to ensure any issues cropping up in the refurbishment process are dealt with.
Home Property Solutions Ltd offer the complete solution for property investors. As well as sourcing different property strategies, we will manage any repairs and renovations on your behalf, making it as stress free as possible. The renovations are done to a standard that will fetch you the highest possible rent achievable at the lowest cost possible. We have a team of skilled and experienced tradesmen that can help you with anything from a minor repair to a full gutting and property renovation. Our dedicated project manager oversees our team of trusted tradesmen who work on all of our properties. All estimates are sent for approval before we start any work!
We aim to start a refurb at any property within five working days of completion and complete the repairs as quickly as possible so that the property is ready to let. Weekly photographs are sent to clients to update them with the progress of their property refurb. We always agree a payment method upfront, so will discuss this with every client upon signing our sourcing and refurishment agreement.
