Shirleyann grew up in a council estate in Liverpool and after working her way up the corporate ladder and educating herself in property investing, she went back to the area she grew up and bought and refurbished lots of empty properties regenerating the estate helping increase the value of the whole area. Shirleyann worked in property as a hobby alongside her full-time career for 15 years but after being made redundant during the Covid pandemic she set up Home Property Solutions Ltd and focused on helping other investors build portfolios and create passive income.
